AtkinsRéalis Continues Decades-Long Georgia Department of Transportation Support with $40 Million US Engineering Services Contract – ATRL.to

Under the $40 million US Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, AtkinsRéalis will provide on-call Engineering Design services and additional engineering support services as needed. The contract is for three years with an option to extend it to five years.

In Georgia DOT’s Region 3, the state’s Coastal Plain region, AtkinsRéalis has 23 active projects that are expected to progress to final design under this new contract. The Region 3 GES contract covers 65 counties, encompassing nearly 60 percent of the state.

FRONTIER LITHIUM AND MITSUBISHI CORPORATION FORM JOINT VENTURE TO ADVANCE THE FIRST FULLY INTEGRATED LITHIUM OPERATION IN ONTARIO, CANADA – FL.v

announce a definitive agreement with Mitsubishi Corporation (“Mitsubishi”) (Tokyo Stock Exchange: 8058:JP) to establish a joint venture partnership (“JV”) for the PAK Lithium Project mine and planned lithium chemicals conversion facility (collectively the “Project”). Upon completion of the definitive feasibility study (“DFS”), Mitsubishi will have the right to increase its interest in the JV to 25% through the purchase of additional shares at a price based on the net value of the Project as shown in the DFS. Additionally, Frontier and Mitsubishi will work closely together to pursue project financing to fund the development capital costs of the Project.

Ballard expects to deliver 150 x FCmove®-HD+ 100 kW systems beginning in late 2024 and continuing through 2025.The purchase order is the first order under a new multi-year supply agreement. The agreement also provides the customer an option to purchase up to an additional 296 systems by March 2026, which, if fully exercised, would bring the total number of systems ordered to 446.
